A traditional granite built, detached fisherman's cottage, situated on top of the cliff overlooking Sennen Harbour and Whitesands Bay.
It has recently been extensively renovated throughout so has all the modern comforts, whilst retaining its old world charm.
Pendrean is a classic Cornish holiday location. It is ideally placed for families wanting to use the beach, which is great for surfing, swimming, cycling, running, sunbathing, boating, fishing, rowing and also for walking and cycling. It is right on top of the coastal path for walking and cycling.
Snuggling into the cliff it has tremendous views over towards Lands End and Cape Cornwall and on a clear day you can see the Isles of Scilly.
The house is bright and light with lots of space all around it. It has stripped pine floors throughout. There is also a dedicated parking space immediately outside the house.
